Armand Hermawan, President Director of Artajasa, attended the official launch of the Indonesia–Japan Cross-Border QRIS, held at Bank Indonesia on August 17, 2025, in conjunction with the commemoration of the 80th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia.

As a member of the Indonesian Payment System Association (ASPI), Artajasa fully supports this strategic collaboration in providing seamless cross-border QRIS transactions with Japan.

This milestone also marks the beginning of a pilot project for QRIS connectivity between Indonesia and China, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the regional payment ecosystem.

This collaboration is expected to become a strategic step toward building an inclusive, efficient, and integrated cross-border payment system that enhances transaction convenience.
